Order Processing All orders are produced and dispatched within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
