Returns: You may return any item for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us before sending anything back, then ship the item to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the product price within 14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
